Details

Tau takes data in a variety of forms, and produces a publication-quality graph in colour, black-and-white, etc. without need for tweaking in another package. It permits auto-scaling, data editing, transformations, best fits, shading,
bounding of the plot, and is almost
infinitely reconfigurable.

It was first written by Tim Birks, and
taken over by Killworth in recent
years.
