Pluto is an offline news and mail reader for RISC OS computers. It also functions as a text database, both for news and email messages, and also any other text files that you may want to store and index.

Pluto can be used with virtually any RISC OS based internet solution.

Features include threaded display of messages, scoring of articles, URL launching for message-ids, URIs etc.
