Introduction

This is a control application for the AVerMedia USB FM Radio.

Details

If you've seen my !DRU-R100 application, you will recognise this one. It takes the radio, which is pretty dumb, and makes it into something quite easy to use. You can add and edit a list of stations, and tune to the stations by name, and you can mute and unmute the radio. There is a stereo indicator. The app will normally run whenever the radio is plugged in to the USB, or when the computer boots if the radio is already plugged in. You can, of course, stop this behaviour if you prefer.

It is also possible to control the radio from another application, which permits things like using !Alarm to tune the radio to a station at a certain time - ideal for unattended recording of radio programmes.
