Introduction

Arcane Filing Systems. An attempt to put all OS objects into genuine filing systems.

Details

In a pique of creativity, the author made an attempt to put all OS objects into genuine filing systems that the author could find.

They're officially registered filing system numbers and 32 bit compatible. Although the author admits they're largely of curiousity value, they could be gainfully used by sharing via ShareFS on a remote machine, and provide an alternative way of getting these things into an editor (e.g. F2 and type modfs:zap or varfs:inet.path).

There are a couple of immediate shortcomings at present: subdirectories for multiply instantiated modules don't work and system variables often produce multiple root directories.
